Dashboards and Data Monitoring at Breakaway Adoption Solutions

  • I create and manage various dashboards for both senior leadership and the Learning and Client Engagement department that focus on project and department management. I work within Google Sheets for the majority of this work and collect/monitor data related to: internal initiatives, contracts, project resourcing/employee capacity, departmental accomplishments, revenue forecasting, project status/progress, and project/employee labor.

Testing Solution Pilot at Breakaway Adoption Solutions

  • Instructional Designer, Learning and Development Consultant

  • Our group looked at the viability of offering integrated testing services for software implementations, and our Vice President of Operations (now known as Learning and Client Engagement) recruited me to lead research and development. I worked with one other colleague for this project, and we went on site for data collection and an analysis of our clients’ needs. After this trip, we created a framework for conducting these types of projects, produced prototypes for testing scripts and project tracking, and presented our findings to leadership. We also conducted an initial pilot with one of our clients. Despite project success, our leadership team decided this was not the right market space for our team.

  • This is a task analysis I completed using the results of research I conducted and content I created. The outcome of this project influenced an instructional module I designed and developed to teach students how to properly order, identify, and define the steps involved in tying off a block (a piece of circus equipment).

Problem Identification and Project Plan

  • This is a proposal that provides recommendations for increasing global engagement at the Florida State University’s College of Education (COE). It was delivered to the college’s dean, Marcy Driscoll. Dean Driscoll used the provided recommendations to inform future COE projects.
