By day, I am a leader with a passion for empowering and supporting others, driving efficiency, and crafting strategies for growth and innovation. By night, I am a rock climber, dog and cat mom, former circus performer, horseback rider, fashion and beauty enthusiast, gamer, and traveler.

Earning my Master's degree and related certifications gave me a strong foundation off which I built my career. Over the years, I am lucky to have moved up and through various roles in learning and development, consulting, and leadership. This allows me to bring a strong and well-rounded breadth of experience to the table.

What truly fuels me is pursuing goals, whether personal or professional. I thrive on challenge and am excited to channel my energy and expertise into our work together. This portfolio gives you a glimpse into my achievements thus far, and I would love the opportunity to connect and explore how we can achieve great things together.
